Waterfront Place

Buffalo Place Condo's and Townhomes

From its three-story townhomes to its high-rise condominium units, Waterfront Place will offer the finest in residential living.

Designed by Chaintreuill-Jensen-Stark Architects, the townhomes will combine a traditional brick facade with a modern open floor plan design. Ranging in size from 2,200 square feet to over 2,800 square feet of living space, the Townhomes at Waterfront Place are capable of accommodating a broad range of needs. Each townhome will include an attached two-car garage, an unfinished bonus room and an upscale level of features and finishes, such as hardwood floors, ceramic tile bathrooms, granite countertops, custom cabinets, gas fireplaces and a private courtyard/patio area overlooking a wonderfully landscaped park.

Designed by KNY Architects and Charles Gordon, R.A., the condominium will feature an 11-story residential tower set on top of a two-story parking base. As with the townhomes, the condominium will also offer an upscale level of features and finishes, including hardwood floors, ceramic tile bathrooms, custom cabinets, granite countertops, a central security system, walk-in closets, and private balconies and terraces. A total of two indoor parking spaces will be included with each unit. Building amenities will include a private fitness and a meeting/board room. The condominium units will range in size from 1,300 square feet for a 1-bedroom unit to over 3,000 square feet for a penthouse unit.
