HIIT is the acronym for High Intensity Interval Training. HIIT is an incredibly effective way to burn calories and build muscle. You don't need any equipment to do HIIT, though weight and/or bands can be incorporated for modification. All you need for a HIIT workout is your own bodyweight and space. Be sure to have a mat, towel, and water. You may optionally bring loop bands/light weights if you have them in order to mod-up your workout!


· Masks are required before and after class.

· Please maintain a minimum of 6' distance from other participants at all times.

· Please bring your own water and equipment.

· Please do not attend if you are feeling unwell.

· Participation is limited due to social distancing requirements. If the instructor deems the class full, please exit the program area.
