Fit Like a Gladiator

Fit Like A Gladiator includes a combination of plyometrics, lower body exercises, and a heavy dose of cardio that will test your endurance and strengthen your lower half using nothing but your body weight.

This fitness class includes a warm-up, cool down, a heavy dose of cardio and strong dose of body weight exercises.

Covid Safety Protocols

· Masks are required before and after class.

· Please maintain a minimum of 6' distance from other participants at all times.

· Please bring your own water and equipment.

· Please do not attend if you are feeling unwell.

· Participation is limited due to social distancing requirements. If the instructor deems the class full, please exit the program area.
