Presented by BlueCross BlueShield of Western New York, join certified Group Fitness Dynamo Shannon Connors for Core N More: an all over body low impact mat class targeted to strengthen your core, your upper body and your glutes. Focused glute work on the mat as well as strengthening your upper body all while social distant and safe on your own mat!
Join us every Saturday at 9:00am for a new Shannon Connors Fitness class that will also be available on buffalowaterfront.com as a virtual class the following Wednesday at 11am for 24 hours.
CLASS SAFETY PROTOCOLS
- Registration is free and REQUIRED to maintain safe social distancing protocols.
- Please check in at the BlueCross BlueShield Welcome Tent.
- Masks are required before and after class. Masks are available at the BlueCross BlueShield Welcome Tent
- Stay within 6' of your designated workout station.
- Please maintain a minimum of 6' distance from other participants at all times.
- Please bring your own water and equipment.
- Please cancel your registration if you are feeling unwell.
- Availability is extremely limited due to social distancing requirements. Please cancel your registration if you choose not to attend for any reason.
