Fitness in the Parks

Yoga – Enjoy gentle, effective postures that promote= stretching, strengthening and relaxation. Benefits include increased blood circulation, improved mental awareness, strengthened muscles and reduced stress! We recommend bringing your own yoga mat.

In effort to keep our instructors and participants safe and healthy, please note:

  • Participants must maintain a minimum distance of 6 ft. from one another and class instructor(s).
  • Participants will be required to wear face covering to and from each class.
  • Participants must bring their own equipment. No mats, water bottles or other equipment will be provided.
