Our TONE-X method is a challenging yet low impact workout that tones your entire body. A mat based class choreographed light weights (optional) and sculpting segment that will move and strengthen your body in a way that other programs don’t. Prepare for a challenge that will leave you sweaty and LEGIT burning!
