An energetic and fun way of combining stretch, cardio and strength training! Hula hooping is proven to slim the waist as well as increasing flexibility, improving blood circulation, balance and heart health, strengthening core and even reducing stress!
Equipment Required: Hula Hoop


· Masks are required before and after class.

· Please maintain a minimum of 6' distance from other participants at all times.

· Please bring your own water and equipment.

· Please do not attend if you are feeling unwell.

· Participation is limited due to social distancing requirements. If the instructor deems the class full, please exit the program area.
