Tailored Fitness

Full Body Burn is a 45 minute, full-body workout that features a combination of HIIT, strength, and cardio.
Equipment Recommended (Not Required): Yoga Mat & Mini Resistance Band


· Masks are required before and after class.

· Please maintain a minimum of 6' distance from other participants at all times.

· Please bring your own water and equipment.

· Please do not attend if you are feeling unwell.

· Participation is limited due to social distancing requirements. If the instructor deems the class full, please exit the program area.
