Looking for an easy, fun way to stay active this summer? Join us on the YMCA Buffalo Niagara Facebook page every Thursday at 5 p.m. during Fitness in the Parks: Home Edition for yoga. This class includes gentle, effective postures that promote stretching, strengthening and relaxation. ABOUT FITNESS IN THE PARKS

For the ninth consecutive year, Independent Health and the YMCA are teaming together to bring you a series of free fitness classes – but this time we’re coming to you! Fitness in the Parks: Home Edition is going virtual, offering LIVE fitness classes that you can participate in from the comfort of your own home. All ages and skill levels are welcome to join! Classes are led by YMCA certified instructors and can be accessed anytime. No sign-up or registration is required.
