WEEKLY CLASSES

Weekly classes start May 27, 2025 and the last class will take place on August 29, 2025.

• Monday - Every Body Plus Pilates and Barre Fusion Class (6pm)
• Tuesdays - Zumba (6pm)
• Wednesdays (May and June) - Next Level Bootcamp (6pm)
• Wednesdays (July) - Afrochick Yoga (6pm)
• Wednesdays (August) - Spark Fitness (6pm)
• Thursdays - Body of Wealth (6pm)
• Fridays - Hype Fitness Pilates (6pm) (NO Hype class on August 15th) and HEAL BFLO (7pm)
• Saturdays - Shannon Connors Fitness (9am)

SPECIALTY CLASSES

• Run Club - June 20, July 25, August 8 (6pm)
• Salsa Saturdays -  August 23 (7pm - 9pm)
• Biking On The Boardwalk - August 29th (Reserve your spot here.)
• Puppy Yoga - August 17th (SOLD OUT)
• Goat Yoga - September 27th (Tickets can be purchased here.)
