Monday - Every Body Plus Pilates and Barre Fusion Class (6pm on Pierce Lawn)

Tuesday - Zumba (6pm on Lloyd Street Bridge)
- Join Zumba at Canalside instructors Jen, Megan, and Olivia as they lead you through different international rhythms for a great outdoor summer workout.

Thursday - Body of Wealth (6pm on Pierce Lawn)
- Get ready to transform your fitness with BOW Boot Camp! Our high-energy sessions combine functional, strength, and bodyweight training, all set to motivating music and led by our enthusiastic trainers. Join us and stay pumped throughout your workout.
Friday - HEAL BFLO (6pm on Pierce Lawn)
- Join us for this restorative and powerful yoga class with HEAL BFLO.
Saturday - Shannon Connors Fitness (9am on Pierce Lawn)
- Get ready to break a sweat with Shannon Connors Fitness as they work you out in this full-body, high-energy workout designed to work every muscle in your body. Beginner to the most experienced fitness enthusiasts can enjoy this one! Just bring your mat, your water bottle, and your energy.
