Room Rental Information

The Chandlery conference room may be used by both for profit and not for profit agencies. Conference room rentals are at the discretion of Erie Canal Harbor Development Corporation (ECHDC) and are intended for business purposes only. ECHDC reserves the right to refuse conference room use by any group that does not conform to the mission of ECHDC.

Room Rental Hours: Tuesday - Sunday from 11am - 5pm

Room Rental Fee: $150

Room Rental Inquiries: For room rental inquiries, please send an email to info@buffalowaterfront.com with the following:

  • Contact name / Organization
  • Number of guests
  • Date and time you're looking to book the room for

Important information:

  • Room capacity is 18 people. The table is set with 10 chairs.
  • Room has a wall mounted monitor with a HDMI connection for laptop presentations.
  • Food and beverage is allowed, but not provided under this contract. You are fully responsible to clean the rental space, remove and dispose of garbage at your departure.
  • Approved events outside of normal business hours are subject to additional fees. Meeting rooms cannot be booked more than 2 months in advance.
  • Payments are due 15 days prior to the contracted rental date. Payments for events scheduled less than 15 days of rental date are due upon receipt of invoice.
  • Room reservations will be canceled for payments not received on or before invoiced due date.
  • Organizations that are 501c3 certified will have a waived rental fee. Certification can be sent to info@buffalowaterfront.com along with the room rental inquiry.
