Monday - Every Body Plus Pilates and Barre Fusion Class (6pm)
- Start your week off strong with this Pilates / Barre fusion class every Monday at 6pm on Pierce Lawn.
Tuesday - Zumba (6pm)
- Join Zumba at Canalside instructors Jen, Megan, and Olivia every Tuesday at 6pm on the Lloyd Street Bridge as they lead you through different international rhythms for a great outdoor summer workout.
Thursday - Body of Wealth (6pm)
- Get ready to transform your fitness with BOW Boot Camp! Our high-energy sessions combine functional, strength, and bodyweight training, all set to motivating music and led by our enthusiastic trainers. Join us and stay pumped throughout your workout.
Friday - HEAL BFLO (6pm)
- Join us for this restorative and powerful yoga class with HEAL BFLO.
Saturday - Shannon Connors Fitness (9am)
- Get ready to break a sweat with Shannon Connors Fitness as they work you out in this full-body, high-energy workout designed to work every muscle in your body. Beginner to the most experienced fitness enthusiasts can enjoy this one! Just bring your mat, your water bottle, and your energy.
