Fitness at Outer Harbor - 2026 Summer Schedule

Starting Saturday, May 30th and ending Saturday, August 29th:

Tuesday and Thursday - Fitness in the Parks Yoga (6pm)

  • Enjoy gentle, effective postures that promote stretching, strengthening and relaxation with classes led by YMCA Buffalo Niagara.

Saturday - Reach Power Yoga (10am)

  • Partake in a relaxing morning of yoga to increase blood circulation, improve mental awareness, and reduce stress.

Sunday - Nickel City Sweat (10am)

  • Join us for a high-energy, Boot Camp-style workout that will leave you feeling strong and invigorated. Our classes are designed with mostly body weight exercises and resistance bands, perfect for all fitness levels!
