Canalside is open to the public dawn-10:30pm, 7 days a week. Please respect the park rules listed on site.
Information Kiosk
The Canalside Information Kiosk is located on the Boardwalk and is open daily from 12 - 5pm.
Visit the Information kiosk to rent a blue bike presented by Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield of WNY, dock your boat, book a Buffalo Bike Tour, and learn about all Canalside has to offer!

Canalside's Boardwalk is now home to the Buffalo Heritage Carousel!
PACKET BOAT AT THE LONGSHED
Visit the Canalside Longshed to witness history in action! The Buffalo Maritime Center is building a replica Packet Boat and hosting a living museum. This is the last summer to experience the building of the packet boat!
KAYAK RENTALS
Kayak on the Buffalo River—including through the famous Grain Elevator Alley! BFLO Harbor Kayak Co. rents single kayaks for $25/hour or tandem kayaks for $40/hour. Check out the BFLO Harbor Kayak website for kayak tours and hours of operation!
WATER BIKES OF BUFFALO

Come to Canalside by boat! Docking at Canalside is available from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
