Presented by Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield of WNY, join BikeORBar for a HITT incredibly effective way to burn calories and build muscle. You don't need any equipment to do HIIT, though a weight and bands can be incorporated for modification. All you need is your own bodyweight and space!
