Fitness in the Parks: Yoga

Looking for more ways to stay active this summer? Now you can join us at Wilkeson Pointe, Outer Harbor Buffalo, Tuesdays at 6 p.m. for Yoga during Fitness in the Parks! Enjoy gentle, effective postures that promote stretching, strengthening and relaxation. Benefits include increased blood circulation, improved mental awareness, strengthened muscles and reduced stress.

For the eleventh consecutive year, Independent Health and the YMCA are teaming together to bring you a series of free fitness classes to encourage physical activity and healthy lifestyles!
