Fitness in the Parks

PILATES - This class will strengthen the body’s core muscles including the abdominals and the lower back. It will tone the body and increase flexibility. All exercises are done on a mat.

Independent Health and YMCA Buffalo Niagara have teamed up for the 11th year to offer Fitness in the Parks, a series of FREE outdoor fitness classes designed to encourage physical activity and healthy lifestyles.
