ABOUT FITNESS IN THE PARKS

Get fit for FREE with Fitness in the Parks! Independent Health and the YMCA are celebrating 10 years of outdoor fitness classes for you to safely enjoy at a park near you, along with online classes to join from home – now through September 30. With more than 500 classes offered this summer, there’s something for everyone, including Zumba®, yoga, Pilates, kickboxing and more. All classes are led by YMCA certified instructors, and all ages and skill levels are encouraged to safely join. Parking is always free, and registration is never required. With Fitness in the Parks, you never have to trade good weather for a workout again!
