Looking for more ways to stay active this summer? Now you can join us at Wilkeson Pointe, Outer Harbor Buffalo, on Tuesdays at 6 p.m. for Yoga during Fitness in the Parks! Enjoy gentle, effective postures that promote stretching, strengthening and relaxation. Benefits include increased blood circulation, improved mental awareness, strengthened muscles and reduced stress.


In effort to keep our instructors and participants safe and healthy, please note:

• Classes will be limited to 30 participants – this will be on a first come, first served basis.
• Participants must maintain a minimum distance of 6 ft. from one another and class instructor(s).
• Participants will be required to wear face covering to and from each class.
• Participants must bring their own equipment. No mats, water bottles or other equipment will be provided.

ABOUT FITNESS IN THE PARKS

For the ninth consecutive year, Independent Health and the YMCA are teaming together to bring you a series of free fitness classes – both outdoor and virtual – to encourage physical activity and healthy lifestyles! Classes are led by YMCA certified instructors, and all ages and skill levels are welcome to join. No sign-up or registration is required – just show up or log on!
