June 30th- Beginner's Flow Yoga
Beginner based Vinyasa flow yoga that emphasizes the body and breath connection. Class is open to all levels and includes a guided meditation at the end.
July 7th- Yin Yoga Flow
A relaxing yet engaging slow flow that restores the body, Mind and spirit. Class is open to all levels and includes a guided affirmation meditation at the end.
July 14th - Beginner's Power Flow Yoga
An energetic beginner-based power yoga class that focuses on strength building and increasing stability and stamina. Class is open to all levels and includes a relaxing sound bowl session at the end.
August 4th - Twerk Flow Yoga
A fun yoga dance workout that fuses the elements of yoga, dance and music to bring energy and balance to the body. Class is open to all levels and includes guided mixed meditation at the end.
