Revolution Fitness Bootcamp

Revolution Buffalo Bootcamp is a 60 minute bootcamp that will utilize the beautiful space of the waterfront and your body weight for a killer total body workout. Leave stronger, refreshed, and ready to take on the weekend thanks to your favorite Rev instructors. Please bring your own mat (if you prefer to not workout directly on the ground), water bottle and towel. Appropriate for all fitness levels.


· Masks are required before and after class.

· Please maintain a minimum of 6' distance from other participants at all times.

· Please bring your own water and equipment.

· Please do not attend if you are feeling unwell.

· Participation is limited due to social distancing requirements. If the instructor deems the class full, please exit the program area.
